In doing so, they are willing to share ideas and best practices and to participate in action research to improve their current practices.

A Chair believes in the mission, vision and strategy of Vlerick Business School and invests in long-term research for a period of five years. A chair enables Vlerick Business School to tackle future academic and business challenges while attracting leading international faculty and research staff. A chair is part of the Centre’s Steering Committee and decides upon the research agenda.
Prime Foundation Partner
A Prime Foundation Partner wants to contribute fundamentally to the development of people performance, takes the lead and moreover, wants to contribute structurally to the working of Vlerick Business School. This partner is part of the Centre's Steering Committee and decides upon the research agenda.
A Research Member participates in the workshops and is entitled to receive all the information and research reports of the centre. The member continuously wants to bring his talent management knowledge and expertise to a higher level.
