Want to benefit directly from our applied research? If so, then a Centre for Excellence is a unique platform for you. The centres are partnerships between a number of organisations and Vlerick within a specific management domain. Within the domain of People Management & Leadership we have a Centre for Excellence in People Performance.

Or do you prefer a long term collaboration with Vlerick? A chair is a one-to-one relationship between a faculty member and your company. It offers you the possibility to support research within a specific domain. This way your company contributes directly to the growth of a specific management domain. Within the framework of the Belgacom chair ‘Building Organisations that last', Belgacom together with us has recently developed a “serious game”. The game is aimed to make leaders more conscious of their psycho-emotional habits that may occur while leading their team(s), hence integrating respect, ‘can do’ and passion in their daily behaviour.

Another internationally recognised tool we work with is the model of ‘Investors in People’. With its roots in the UK, this quality label has grown into an international standard that acknowledges the efforts of companies in investing in a strategic HR policy.

Next to these two tools, we offer a broad variety of People Management & Leadership tools that your organisation can use within the framework of a customised research project or education programme. An example is the Appreciative Leadership Profiler. This 360 feedback instrument provides your managers with insights into their strengths and areas for improvement as leaders.
