Service Desk
This is web based and open 24x7 - Only when above fails: Call the Helpdesk Line on ( +32 9 210 9724 (or extention 9724 within the school)

- We discourage e-mailing directly to helpdesk@vlerick.be or staff members, use the recommended option.
The ICT & Logistic Service Desk is staffed on weekdays from 8.00h until
18.00h (on Friday until 15.30h).
The weekly ICT meeting takes place on : Tuesday from 10.30h until
11.00h .
During this time, the helpdesk is not available, and phone will be forwarded
to the reception desk.
In case of emergencies the reception desk is able to contact us.
We encourage you to contact us via one of the three abovementioned methods,
going directly to IT support staff as they "wander the corridors" or e-mailing,
telephoning them directly is not likely to get your problems fixed any sooner.
If you are not happy with the service you are getting from the Service Desk
please contact the IT Service Desk Manager.
