Since the mail server upgrade (fall 2007) you have a signature in webmail too.
The Outlook and webmail versions however, are NOT identical.
If you make changes, make sure to change both!
1. How can I change the autosignature in Outlook?
- Go to Tools > Options.

- Select the 'Mail format' tab to view your active signatures.
- See the 'Signatures' entry.
Make sure both 'Signatures for new messages'
and 'Signature for replies and forwards' are on 'Vlerick'.

- To create or edit a signature select 'Signatures' on the 'Mail
Format' tab.
- Here you can edit, remove or create a new signature.

2. How can I change the autosignature in Outlook Web Access (=webmail)?
- In webmail select 'Options' in the shortcut column at the left side of the screen.
- Select the button 'Edit signature'.
