How do I set permissions on my calendar?
1. Read access to everyone (mandatory setting)
- Start Outlook (icon on the desktop).
- Click on Calendar (bottom right).
- Right-click on the folder 'Calendar' (to the left, under the header "my calendars) and choose 'Properties'.
- Choose the tab 'Permissions'.
- Set following settings:

Be sure this is the only name specified and the role is set to reviewer.
Note:
This setting is mandatory. You can mark appointments as private if needed.
2. Allow someone else to update your calendar
- Start Outlook (icon on the desktop).
- Right-click on the folder 'Calendar' en choose 'Properties'.
- Choose the tab 'Permissions'.
- Set following settings:

Click 'Add' to add a user to the list. Specify permission level 'Editor' to give the user permissions to update, delete and create items in you calendar.
