Profiel

Eva Cools studeerde af als sociaal pedagoog aan KU Leuven in 2000 en behaalde de graad van doctor in de Toegepaste Economische Wetenschappen aan Universiteit Gent in 2007. Momenteel is ze de research manager van Vlerick Business School. In deze rol is Eva verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van de onderzoeksstrategie van Vlerick, die streeft naar rigoreus en relevant onderzoek met brede impact. Haar eigen onderzoeksactiviteiten focussen op cognitieve stijlen, persoon-organisatie fit, ondernemerschap en management education. Ze is mede-redacteur van een Routledge boek over cognitieve stijlen en publiceerde haar werk zowel in management-, onderwijs- als psychologische tijdschriften. Eva was de academische leider van de 13de ‘Education, Learning, Styles, Individual differences, Network (ELSIN)’ conferentie in Gent.
