Profiel

Joachim Van den Bergh behaalde een Master Handelsingenieur optie Strategisch Management (Universiteit Antwerpen). Sinds september 2006 werkt hij als senior research associate bij Vlerick Business School in de Technology & Operations Management Area. Zijn voornaamste onderzoeksgebieden zijn Digitale Transformatie, Business Process Management (BPM) en diverse aspecten van ICT Management. Kortom, het continu creëren van waarde voor klanten of burgers, door middel van mensen, processen en technologie. Joachim is verantwoordelijk voor het management van het Centre for Excellence in Business Transformation, een onderzoeksinitiatief dat bedrijven verzamelt rond het thema BPM. Daarnaast ontwikkelt hij het kennisdomein ‘digitale transformatie’ voor Vlerick.
