Katleen De Stobbeleir

Katleen is Professor in Human Resources Management & Leadership aan Vlerick Business School. Zij doceert leiderschap, professionele managementvaardigheden en feedbackvaardigheden in de open programma's en de programma’s op maat. Haar publiek is heel gevarieerd: van Masters studenten, junior managers en middenkader tot HR-verantwoordelijken, ingenieurs en zelfs artsen. Ze is ook betrokken bij het Research Centre over Coaching, dat instrumenten ontwikkelt en toegepast onderzoek doet naar leiderschapstrends en coaching. Een van de tools die het centrum ontwikkelde, is een 360° feedbackinstrument. Katleen publiceerde over haar onderzoek in diverse internationale tijdschriften en boeken. Ook is ze een van de weinige Belgen die erin slaagden om in het befaamde ‘Academy of Management Journal’ te publiceren. Ze is ook actief als executive coach en gecertificeerd consulent in Investors in People en Great Place to Work.

Profiel

Katleen De Stobbeleir is Associate Professor aan Vlerick Business School. Zij behaalde haar ICM-gefinancierde doctoraat in de Toegepaste Economie aan de faculteit Economische Wetenschappen en Bedrijfskunde van Universiteit Gent. Ze heeft ook een Master diploma in Organisatiepsychologie en Arbeidswetenschappen van Universiteit Gent. Haar promotieonderzoek richtte zich op feedbackdynamiek in organisaties. Tijdens haar doctorale studies was ze visiting scholar aan Ross School of Business (University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA). Katleens onderzoek richt zich op proactiviteit bij werknemers, leiderschap, coaching, feedbackprocessen en creativiteit in organisaties. Haar onderzoek is gepubliceerd in diverse internationale tijdschriften (onder meer ‘Academy of Management Journal’) en boeken.
