Samson Hadush behaalde een Master in "Economics and Management of Network Industries", een gezamenlijke opleiding van Universiteit van Comillas, TU Delft en Paris Sud XL, onder het Erasmus Mundus programma. Hij is geaffilieerd met Mekelle University waar hij een Bachelor degree in Business Administration behaalde. Hij maakte deel uit van het academisch team. Momenteel is hij als onderzoeker verbonden aan het Vlerick Energy Center.
