The world is in beta

On 12 May, we welcomed PwC and participants to the company’s exclusive ‘The world is in beta’ event at our Brussels campus. The event was all about helping companies create advantage in today’s hyper-connected world; demonstrating how emerging technologies can help reach more customers and grow business, more quickly and more directly.

From a poll taken during the day, it’s clear that while some organisations are already considering what digital can do for their business, many haven’t yet created a clear route to designing and implementing a strategy fit for the hyper-connected world. Presentations offered insights on how to achieve that. Participants had the opportunity to listen to author Steven Van Belleghem make the global case for a world in beta, learn how Google is cultivating an innovation culture in the era of digital transformation and discover how Philips and NMBS/SNCB are already using digital to create value.
