Today’s healthcare sector faces major challenges. Whether your specialism is patient care, biomedical, technology, insurance or policy – or any of many other disciplines in between – you have to create greater patient value with ever-shrinking budgets.
So now more than ever, it’s important for healthcare decision makers to work beyond traditional boundaries and create partnerships and alliances across the whole healthcare ecosystem. This means having negotiation skills at your fingertips is key.
In his upcoming webinar, Professor Barney Jordaan shows how collaboration and negotiation can help you create win-win solutions. You’ll also get great tips on:
- How negotiation and conflict management theory can help you reach better solutions that ultimately benefit patients
- How to engage with others to get better outcomes and understandings
- And how to avoid negotiation pitfalls – what works, what doesn’t… and why
