A sustainable value chain is not just about making your product or activities greener. It’s also about transparency towards your customer. It’s a mindset that is second nature to all your collaborators.
It’s also easier said than done.
Arvesta – the agri-food holding that owns Aveve retail shops – is active along the entire value chain end to end: from agriculture, through retail to the end consumer.
How did Arvesta engrain a sustainable value chain in every aspect of its business?
During the second session of the Vlerick Impact Club, Stéphanie Deleul will take you along Arvesta’s journey towards that sustainable value chain. Stéphanie will not only focus on the success stories, but equally on issues, bottlenecks, challenges and learnings in all honesty and transparency.
And then it’s your turn to take the helm. Guided by Impact Club experts, you will be invited to join a small (online) working group for a sailboat exercise.
