Anouk De Meulemeester

Anouk De Meulemeester is a researcher in our Centre for Negotiation Intelligence and Dispute Resolution. She has a strong interest in negotiation and conflict resolution – and was awarded the Diplomacy Award at the Model United Nations.

Together with Professor Katia Tieleman, she contributes to the Negotiation Intelligence® (NQ®) approach, which helps boost individual and organisational negotiation and cooperation capabilities. Anouk helps clients develop their personal skills and organisational strengths. She also supports them in brokering agreements, maximising their influence, developing common ground and using diversity and complexity to their advantage.

Before joining Vlerick, Anouk was an IT head hunter at a top consultancy firm in Ghent, where she experienced first-hand how to convince and negotiate in a competitive sector.
