Researching man-machine interaction in the digital supply chain.
Jeanne is a researcher whose work focuses on man-machine interaction in the digital supply chain. She collaborates closely with Professor Ann Vereecke within the Centre of People in the Smart Digitised Supply Chain.
Throughout her career, Jeanne has lived in eight countries. She has worked as an inventory senior analyst in the mining industry. She has also lectured in industrial engineering at Sampoerna University, in her native Indonesia. And she has worked as a research assistant at the Marie-Curie SAPIENS Network at Lodz University of Technology in Poland.
