Natalia Matanova’s research interests lie primarily in private equity, venture capital, initial public offerings, institutional investors, corporate finance and corporate governance. She has presented her research at several peer-reviewed international conferences, and is a recipient of the Rubin Business and Steinberg Business Grants.

At Vlerick, Natalia teaches finance courses including Mergers & Acquisitions, Investment Valuations, Corporate Finance and Entrepreneurial Finance on our MBA, Masters, executive programmes and customised programmes. Before joining Vlerick, Natalia worked at the Pennsylvania State University in the USA, where she taught Corporate Finance, Investment Valuations and Multinational Financial Management courses.
