That is why we decided to join forces with Vlerick in September 2010 after being asked by senior management to build a customised learning programme for the marketing department. Under the guidance of Professor Steve Muylle and Professor Deva Rangarajan a five-and-a-half day in-house training programme , spread out over a period of four months, was designed and developed, together with our own marketing and business managers who shared their expectations and ideas on all topics.

Almost three and a half years later this learning programme has now been organised for the 6th time and some 150 colleagues have been able to participate in it. Although the programme is challenging and demanding (at the end of the track participants have to defend a project in groups of 5 people) all participants agree that this programme is one of their best learning experiences ever.
