Can the road to your career go through Benin?

When she was little, Charlotte wanted to become Prime Minister and make a positive contribution to the world. As things evolved, she started a bus transportation company − called Baobab Express − in Benin, West Africa.

The brand-new service is a hit with the Beninese people. Baobab Express currently operates 14 buses − providing low-cost, safe, reliable and comfortable transportation. The company is working to stimulate entrepreneurship and turn a profit, part of which will be reinvested back into the country.

Charlotte’s family now believes that she will become Baobab’s CEO, then move up to run a Belgian public transport company, and, ultimately, become Prime Minister...
