"As highly motivated and ambitious Vlerick consultants we got the unique opportunity to have a stake in shaping Decathlon Belgium's future strategy with regards to expansion opportunities, brand perception and omni-channel retailing. It was soon established that our in-company project actually consisted of three standalone projects. Being fully aware of this challenge, the efficient use of time and resources as well as our full determination to create real value for our client were crucial in delivering impactful results for all three project pillars.
