In-company project
You'll apply all your knowledge and skills to analyse and solve a specific business issue for a company of your choice. This is your chance to turn theory into practical, actionable strategies for concrete results.

Global social project
Make a difference. Help an NGO or social enterprise overcome strategic or managerial challenges. Develop initiatives that will have real positive impact on the lives of others.

"We got the unique opportunity to have a stake in shaping Decathlon Belgium's future strategy with regards to expansion opportunities, brand perception and omni-channel retailing. It was soon established that our consultancy project actually consisted of three stand-alone projects. Being fully aware of this challenge, the efficient use of time and resources as well as our full determination to create real value for our client were crucial in delivering impactful results for all three project pillars. In the end, we have not only experienced the day-to-day life of a consultant, but also have had the chance to better understand and uncover our own strengths, weaknesses and limits, while the client received a report ready for implementation ensuring immediate value to the organisation"
