Ready to make an impact on the international scene? And steer your management career beyond borders? Then our Masters in International Management & Strategy is perfect for you. You’ll broaden your perspectives on management, sharpen specialist strategic skills in a global setting – and prepare to leap into a career that knows no boundaries.
Our Masters in International Management & Strategy programme runs full-time from early September until the end of June, entailing 60 ECTS credits. Classes take place from 9am to 5.30pm and are a dynamic mix of working on real-life business cases, class interaction, company visits and group exercises.
Our active learning approach involves many assignments in small teams and thus requires mandatory attendance, 100% motivation, and the willingness to work hard.
This programme expands your global mindset, giving you in-depth insights into every aspect of management in an international context. You get the skills to stay ahead of global challenges at societal, business and technological levels. And you gain hands-on experience that will push your strategic capabilities to new heights.
Next to the Global Immersion and European Strategy Tour, students can complete an international exchange during the programme at one of our partner business schools.

Assistant manager at KPMG Switzerland
"Vlerick helped me decide to change my career path. I chose Vlerick because I wanted to broaden my knowledge outside of engineering and learn more about business management. I learned so much, from corporate finance to decision sciences, and from strategy to big data and analytics. Now that I am back at work, I really see the difference. Because I have a more holistic view of business as a whole, I can jump in during a conversation with the C-suite. I can speak their language and understand their points of view."
Account Manager at Hilti Belux
"Before Vlerick I spoke about discovering the world and working abroad. Thanks to Vlerick those words became reality with the global immersion trip and my current job at Hilti. Vlerick is an amazing experience, especially for people like me who have a non-business background and still have doubts about their future career path."
Senior Business Analyst at StepUp Consulting Sweden
"The Vlerick Alumni Network is an incredibly powerful platform that allows students to reach hundreds of leaders worldwide. We just needed to choose the business sector we would like to work in and we were able to send an email to request an in-company project meeting.
Currently I am working as a business analyst in a big data consulting company and I got the job at one of the first career fairs at Vlerick."
