Module 1: Costing Concepts

  • Learn about contributions 
  • Know how to calculate actual, standard and variable costs 

Module 2: From Full Costing to Activity Based Management

  • Discover Activity Based Costing (ABC) 
  • Understand how ABC helps to proactively control cost 

Module 3: Budgeting 

  • Understand the strategic use of budgets

Track III: Grasping Financial Management 

Module 1: Raising financing and working capital management

Module 2: Investment decisions 

  • Explore front-to-end analysis of the investment process 
  • Carry out in-depth examinations of various selection methods: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), etc 
  • Learn about feasibility and financing of investments and their related risks 
  • Assess the profitability of investment projects
