It’s the perfect programme for professionals who want to understand the change management process and change control.

Detailed programme

Over 3,5 intensive days, you’ll learn approaches, skills and techniques that you can apply directly in your workplace. The learning format blends on campus, online, face-to-face and on-the-job activities. And throughout it all, you’ll have expert guidance from our faculty, who are experts in leading change.

The programme gives you a unique opportunity to learn new ways of approaching change projects – so that you can have greater impact in your organisation, and enhance your career.

Success stories

Maria profile

My primary surprise of the 'Leading Change' programme was that the moment I left the programme I already new which steps to take. More on Maria's story here.

Xavier Sohier

This is a programme that stays with you and that you spontaneously return to − and so I highly recommend it to managers who want to benefit from the success factors, without stumbling into the pitfalls, on the road to change.
