The new way of working

It’s an understatement to say that we are living in challenging times today. The Corona virus has had an enormous impact on our daily work and the way we work together. Most of us are no longer allowed to physically go to the office. Because of that we have to live and work in a different way compared to what we were accustomed to.

However, this has also created a tipping point. Before this crisis, many of us were working in a company where working from home was only allowed for one or two days or was not allowed at all. Now, we are work together in an organisation and in a society where everyone stays at home full-time. This is also radically changing our HR policies with trust becoming a crucial factor.

In this Business Watcher video, Professor of Human Resources Management Dirk Buyens gives some very practical advice on how to address issues emerging from working at home.
