Every year a series of 4 one-day workshops is organized. Each session focuses on one specific topic. The emphasis during these sessions is on providing practically relevant knowledge and tools for scale-up entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs discuss in group and learn from and with each other together with a topical expert.

Below some examples of topics discussed during the sessions:

    • HR and remuneration
    • Financing
    • Sales
    • Strategy
    • Internationalization
    • Negotiation skills

Expert panel

Roundtable entrepreneurs are given the opportunity to submit a company-specific problem once a year to a panel of experts to get tailored advice. The panel is composed according to the specific issue scale-up entrepreneurs are struggling with.

The Entrepreneurship 2.0 workshops operate through membership. The membership runs for a period of one year and applies to the venture – the owner-entrepreneur is the contact person. The membership includes: participation in the roundtables, company-specific expert panel, access to our research and all related information and documentation. Admission to the program is conditional upon approval by the Entrepreneurship 2.0 Steering Committee. For instance, to ensure open information sharing among entrepreneurs we make sure to not include direct competitors in the same group. The Entrepreneurship 2.0 membership fee is 2.000 € per year.
