The Centre for Excellence in Strategic Rewards focuses on companies who believe in the strategic importance of reward management, and in the added value of applied research. The people representing the organisations are compensation & benefits/reward directors/managers and/or HR generalists with an affinity for rewarding. These representatives have a strategic rather than an operational profile.

Prime Foundation Partner

A Prime Foundation Partner wants to contribute fundamentally to the development of reward management; takes the lead and moreover, wants to contribute structurally to the working of Vlerick Business School. These partners are part of the Centre's Steering Committee and decide upon the research agenda.
