Webinar NIMAP

Want to learn more about NIMAP? Then join our webinar on 20 March 2018.

Why this programme?

With support of the European Social Fund, Vlerick Business School and Talentree launch the ‘Newcomer Induction Management Acceleration Programme (NIMAP)' following the example and in collaboration with a successful programme by Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden. This programme is designed to provide a fast track into the Belgian job market for highly-educated newcomers. The NIMAP initiative also aims at stimulating diversity on management and expert level within Belgian companies.

For companies, NIMAP is an ideal opportunity - in a time of talent scarcity - to start attracting more talent from a very engaged and underexploited talent pool in Belgium. We are looking forward to welcoming you to the first edition of the NIMAP programme!

What is NIMAP?

During six months, a selection of highly-educated newcomers will be offered an intensive management training of 20 days interspersed with an internship at a company operating in Belgium. Participants will learn how to think strategically, they will build a strong foundation in business mastery and they will improve their leadership skills within the context of living and working in Europe. The participants and internship companies will be closely guided to get the best out of this programme: great new talent for the company and a job at their competence level for the participants.

For whom?

All companies who are looking to attract more talent from a very engaged and underexploited talent pool in Belgium and who want a job to be done or a project to be finished.
