The programme starts in September 2018 and will end in March 2019. During 6 months, participants will be offered an executive management training of 20 days interspersed with an internship at a Belgian-based company.

Management training of 20 days:
Two full weeks: 17th – 21st September 2018 (module 1) and 7th – 11th January 2019 (module 2). During the internship weeks, participants will work 80% (from Monday to Thursday) and 1 day / week have classes/coaching or preparation at Vlerick Business School. The closing day of programme is planned on the 22nd of March.

Duration of the internship:
From the 24th of September 2018 till 22nd of March 2019, including three coaching sessions with supervisor and participant (at the company).
During the internship weeks, participants will work 80% and 1 day / week have classes/coaching or preparation at Vlerick Business School (on Fridays).

The educational programme is conducted in English. Internship organisations all master English, but in many cases the working language is Dutch or French.

The programme requires a fulltime commitment from the participants since it combines fulltime internship with studies.

Admitted participants commit themselves to fulfilling the internship in their assigned company and to completing the educational programme. After the completion of the programme the participants will receive a certificate.

The programme is free of charge for admitted participants.
The educational programme and internship is sponsored by The European Social Fund, the Flemish Government and the internship companies.

The participant is paid for the internship by the internship companies, according to the VDAB BIO internship agreement (in Dutch).

Programme cancellation policy:
The Admissions Board will notify an applicant of the final decision. Once participants sign the agreement to enrol, they commit themselves to fulfil the programme and complete the internship.
