Deloitte’s Shareplan practice advises listed and non-listed companies on executive pay structures in general and more specifically on the use of long-term (and short-term) incentive schemes for top executives in Belgium and abroad. Through our partnership with Vlerick, we have access to academic research on executive pay which supports our practice in the day-to-day advisory to our clients. Our collaboration with Vlerick’s Executive Remuneration Centre allowed us to provide more tailored and effective consultancy to our clients and to help remuneration committees to make more insightful decisions on the design of LTI schemes.
