Why this conference?

More and more people are aspiring to become owner-managers or entrepreneurs rather than managers in large companies. One way to realise your entrepreneurial potential is to take over an existing company through a management buyout or management buy-in. Given the huge number of company founders who will retire in the coming decade, management buyouts or buy-ins might well be fruitful avenues to entrepreneurial success.

After five successful editions with over 1.000 participants, the sixth edition of this conference will provide you with a hands-on learning experience into the steps you need to take for a successful buyout or buy-in. People who have successfully followed their dreams and bought into companies share their stories, along with academics and experts providing backgrounds on the best approach to tackle this exciting challenge. This event offers you an excellent opportunity to reflect on your own entrepreneurial aspirations and to prepare your own buyout case.
