Passionate about how companies can create value for customers and capture value for their shareholders, Koen’s main focus is on corporate strategy and strategic marketing. His interests and expertise lie in how co-creation can enhance the strategy creation process, and how to balance between value creation and value capturing and how different strategies can influence this balance.

Philippe focuses on customer relationship management, business analytics and big data. Equipped with strong data analytics skills, he has coached numerous organisations on big data projects and he has customised business research projects for companies such as KBC, Dunnhumby/Tesco (London), Bisnode, BIG, Mobile Vikings and Sanoma.

Ralf’s teaching is focused primarily on change management, organisational dynamics, arts & management, and consulting. He has unique expertise, gained internationally, as manager and researcher in ‘observing, channelling and surfing on pure organisational intelligence’.

Service Design and Business Design Thinking are the result of my constant search for value for the (end) user. With more than 15 years of product & service development experience at companies such as UCB, Televic and Niko, the customer experience, and the value that customers attach to their relationship with their supplier, are central to me. Together with Jan Van Caneghem, I lead the Service Design Studio WAAI. We develop innovative services your customers love and your teams build with enthusiasm!

As a designer, I have 25 years of experience in communication and digital product development for organisations such as KBC, the Flemish Government, Palm Breweries, ING Bank and Digipolis. Researching waai something is as it is − and facilitating creative processes to make it better − that’s what I jump out of bed for every morning. You cannot formulate correct answers without insight into the needs and habits of customers. Together with Valérie Bourdeau, I lead the Service Design Studio WAAI. We develop innovative services your customers love and your teams build with enthusiasm!
