How to apply?

To apply for the programme, you need to submit an online application form, take an admissions test and pass an interview.

1. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION FORM

Fill out the online application. Decide whether to take the Vlerick Business School Admissions Test (VBAT), GMAT or GRE admissions test. If you wish to take the VBAT, sign up for it in your application form and we’ll contact you to confirm your time slot.

Upload your documents:

  • CV
  • Diploma and transcripts
  • Motivational essays
  • A copy of your passport or ID
  • GMAT/GRE score report (if applicable)
  • English Language Proficiency Exam score (if applicable)
  • Contact details of your two referees

Pay the €50 application fee and submit your application before the deadline.

We review applications on a rolling basis. As spaces in the class are limited, we recommend that you apply as early as possible to maximise your chances of being admitted. If you apply for a scholarship, getting your application in early will also increase your chances of being awarded a scholarship.

The deadline to apply for the 2021 Full-time MBA is: 31 July 2021

2. RECEIVE ADMISSIONS INTERVIEW INVITATION

We’ll contact you a few days after you submit your application to share our initial feedback.

If you’ve met our criteria and we feel you’d be a good fit for Vlerick, you will be invited to an admissions interview:

  • If you’re taking the Vlerick Business School Admissions Test (VBAT), we will first contact you to schedule a personal appointment for the admissions test. The admissions interview will take place once you have passed the test.
  • If you’re taking the GMAT or GRE and you submit a satisfactory score report at the time of your application, you will be invited to an online interview.

3. Get your results

Within five days of your interview, we’ll let you know our decision.

If your application is successful, you’ll be offered a place on the programme. To accept the offer and reserve your seat, you must pay the required commitment fee towards your tuition. If your application is rejected, you can get individual feedback – and you can apply again the following year.
