Sarah Quataert works as a researcher for the Area People & Organisation at Vlerick Business School. Her research projects mainly focus people performance, talent management and strategic HRM. She also coordinates the master course EHRM (European Human Resource Management Programme) and is involved in MY VDP programme (My Vlerick Development Portfolio).
Sarah obtained a Master degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Psychology in 2018.
