Take the Lead will explain how to successfully steer your organisation through a digital transformation geared to enhancing its resilience and agility.
After successfully completing this learning journey, you will be able to effectively address the challenge of digital transformation in a professional context and:
- Articulate and frame the digital transformation challenge of creating organizational resilience and agility
- Describe key leadership responsibilities and capabilities in creating the organisational resilience and agility required to be successful in the digital age
- Implement and evaluate practices for creating digital-age organisational resilience and agility
- Stimulate and support others to contribute to your organisation’s digital transformation
- Understand the impact that disruptive technologies can have on leadership in your company
Elective topics
Becoming a digital leader requires an understanding of the nature and possibilities of potentially disruptive digital technologies. In each of the six modules, you will be challenged to reflect on how digital technology could help to stimulate implementation of organisational resilience and agility.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to take optional modules – elective topics - allowing you to gain a deeper understanding of a selection of digital technologies (e.g. cloud, artificial intelligence, internet of things, augmented reality and blockchain.
