Event report:
Everyone wants to change

Why change projects can succeed

During the evening of September 17th, Vlerick EXEC alumni welcomed an audience of over 100 in the chapel of the Ghent Campus. In this beautiful setting, our keynote speaker Mr. Tomas Wallaert took the stage. Tomas Wallaert is a sportsman, psychologist, MBA Vlerick alumnus and has successfully coached many complex change programs in large organisations.

Using his "SevenBuildingBlocksMethod" as a guideline, Mr. Wallaert gave the audience a comprehensive insight into the do's and dont's of a change project. Prof. Peter De Prins went on to challenge our key note speaker by engaging the audience in a lively Q&A session

According to tradition, the discussions continued well into the evening, over a beer and snack, during the closing networking reception.

To tackle the debilitating battle with the virus, you need a small number of global, capital-rich pharmaceutical companies at the heart of an ecosystem that builds on initial university research and has the scale to lead global distribution.
