There’s light at the end of the tunnel for students working hard to meet the approaching thesis deadline. For the one who submits the winning thesis for this year’s Agoria Prize – a prize for technological research and innovation – the reward could be very large indeed. Not only is there a cheque for €500, but the winner may also participate in Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School’s “Entrepreneurial Innovation” training programme – at a value of €8,000. In this programme – which is part of Vlerick’s Executive Master Class in Innovation & Entrepreneurship – a business idea is developed into a business plan in three 4-day modules, culminating in a presentation to a jury.
