The Mentor Award is a careers service award that recognizes extraordinary long-term contributions in the area of mentoring.

This digital edition was specially produced for the iBooks app on the iPad and uses the very latest Apple technology for multimedia eBooks.

    ‘The 2008 Anheuser-Busch InBev Deal: Successful M&A, Divestment and Financing Strategies in Harsh Times’ – a case written by Vlerick Professor Wouter De Maeseneire and Vlerick Researcher Jonas Standaert – has won the 2011 EFMD Case Writing Competition in the ‘Finance & Banking’ category. According to EFMD, this was a record year for the number of entries received, and the quality was exceptionally high.

    On 20 March 2012 Sophie Manigart (Professor of Corporate Finance at Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School) participated as an expert in a public hearing on EU Venture Capital Funds and EU Social Entrepreneurship Funds at the European Parliament. The hearing was organised by the Chair of the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON).

This is the official journal of the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship and it is ranked among the top business journals by the Financial Times.

This international competition is organised by the CFA Institute, the global association of investment professionals.
