The Vlerick Alumni Women in Leadership Club is back – with a new committee, fresh energy and empowering ideas. And you won’t want to miss our next event. We’re exploring the many paths of leadership – and how they are united by a shared purpose to drive impact. You’ll hear from Professor Smaranda Boros as she discusses the connection between personal identity and social impact – and you’ll get fresh insights from our lively panel discussion.

In her keynote, Explore your identity, shape the conversation, Smaranda will discuss what fires you up – and how you choose to interact with the world. She’ll touch on topics including systems of power and the dynamics of othering – and the idea that a monochrome world is reductionist for everyone. She’ll also share ways to reshape critical conversations.
You’ll discover why it’s important to dare to be different and question the unquestionable – and you’ll find your inner voice to challenge the status quo. You’ll also reflect on how to tell your own story – and leave with new ways to contribute to a more diverse world.
