M&A Monitor 2025
Shedding light on M&A in Belgium
Our annual M&A Monitor highlights the trends and challenges in the Belgian mergers and acquisitions market. It’s essential research for all professionals in the Belgian M&A market – and for everyone involved in purchasing, sales and buyouts. The survey of Belgian merger and acquisition experts and advisers examines experiences and deals in the M&A market. It also explores expectations for the coming year.
We are now at capacity for in-person attendees. It is still possible to join the event online via Zoom. Please register to receive the link.
This is the 12th edition of the M&A Monitor – which gives us an opportunity to identify and comment on the most significant trends in Belgian M&A over the past period. It also shines a light on the trends that are likely to shape M&A in the months ahead.

Plus, Sophie Manigart - Professor of Corporate Finance at Vlerick Business School – will be joined in a panel discussion by Jan Camerlynck - Managing Partner at Sofindev Private Equity Partners – and Steven Buyse - Managing Partner at CVC Capital Partners - to share their interpretation of the newly presented results and shed additional light on the current state of the M&A market.
