Conny Vandendriessche

In 1995 Conny Vandendriessche founded the talent placement agency Accent Jobs – which was the foundation for the current House of HR.
Conny is an advocate of female entrepreneurship and diversity. That’s why she founded Stella P. which specialises in the diverse composition of boards of directors and external board advisors. She also founded We are Jane, an investment fund primarily by and for women.
Conny has her own family office Coformaco. And she’s on the board of several organisations, including Ardo, Degroote, Xior, AlliA, PIA Group and Van Marcke. She’s also an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Vlerick Entrepreneurship Academy.
