Conny Vandendriessche’s passion for entrepreneurship spans 25 years. In 1995 she founded recruitment agency Accent – and turned it into a successful group comprising six businesses, a 1,300-strong team and an annual turnover of €350 million.
In 2013, she passed on the leadership baton at Accent to found Stella P., a platform that connects entrepreneurs with boards of directors or advisors.
Conny herself is on the board of several organisations, including House of HR, Trustteam, Televic and Bryo. She’s also an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Vlerick Entrepreneurship Academy.
