Delia Mensitieri is studying for a PhD on identity and inclusion in the workplace, under Professor Smaranda Boros’s supervision. She’s investigating the dynamics involved in creating a truly diverse and inclusive workforce.
She’s taught several courses on this subject at various academic institutions, such as Audencia Business School in Nantes.
Delia is also a corporate trainer and consultant on diversity and inclusion, and has worked with several international clients. She focuses on understanding microaggressions and their impact on career ambitions, performance and wellbeing. She is especially passionate about bridging the gap between science and practice, bringing the best of both worlds together to make an impact.
