Dieter Aelvoet is a former investment banker turned entrepreneur. He started his career in 2007 at JPMorgan – where he worked in credit sales in the fixed income department in both Brussels and London. Then in 2012, at 30 years old, Dieter founded aim.group. The investment company works with ambitious and talented entrepreneurs to acquire family-owned B2B businesses – and help them reach the next stage of growth.
Throughout all his entrepreneurial ventures, Dieter is driven by financial engineering – and makes strong governance one of his top priorities. He is currently an Investor in Residence at the Vlerick Entrepreneurship Academy.
