In 2014 – at the age of 30 – Dieter Aelvoet founded aim.group, the result of a powerful calling to entrepreneurship. Over the years, aim.group has grown into a fully-fledged family investment group – with a centralised team of experts and activities and ambitions across a wide variety of B2B sectors. Before Dieter took the leap into entrepreneurship, he was active in the sale of corporate bonds and derivatives at investment bank J.P. Morgan.
Throughout all his entrepreneurial ventures, Dieter is driven by financial engineering – and makes strong governance one of his top priorities. He is currently an Investor in Residence at the Vlerick Entrepreneurship Academy.
