Jo Nelissen is a first-generation entrepreneur with a background in electrical and mechanical engineering and 25 years’ entrepreneurship experience. He is the founder and CEO of ABN Cleanroom Technology, a cleanroom engineering company with a turnover of €24 million.
Jo is fascinated by technology and exploring new business models for investment goods that focus on life cycle management. He is an expert on servitisation – and has implemented several As a Service strategies as part of digital marketing in a sales 4.0 environment. He is very knowledgeable about European ecosystems in mechanics, pharma, bio-pharma and photonics.
Jo is on the board of various companies – and is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Vlerick Entrepreneurship Academy.
