Leslie Cottenjé
Entrepreneur in Residence
Leslie Cottenjé is an entrepreneur from Bruges with a background in linguistics and UX design. She co-founded Hello Customer, a technology scale-up based in Ghent, in 2015. She recently passed the baton as CEO and now remains co-founder and shareholder, operating on a more strategic level. In 2018, her achievements were recognised with a nomination for Female CEO of the Year.
Leslie is now General Manager at Codit Belgium, an IT consultancy specialising in digital transformation through IoT, data and analytics, and app innovation and integration. She's on the board of Guberna, an organisation that aims to build better boards for the future. She’s also involved with start-up accelerator Birdhouse, where she draws on her experience of building Hello Customer from the ground up to inspire future entrepreneurs. And she’ll be launching her own practice and holiday home, aimed at founders, entrepreneurs and CEOs looking for a sparring partner and sounding board.
She is currently an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Vlerick Entrepreneurship Academy.
