Founder and executive chairman of Revive, Nicolas motivates aspiring entrepreneurs to think sustainably
Nicolas Bearelle is founder and executive chairman of Revive – a real estate developer and investor that specialises in urban regeneration. Revive transforms urban brownfield sites into vibrant, sustainable neighbourhoods. Its projects are carbon free and aim to create resilient cities that add economic, environmental and social value.
Revive has been a certified B Corporation for nearly a decade and has been nominated for “Best for the World” several times. The company is also a founder of both the social housing investment fund Inclusio and the Vicinity Affordable Housing Fund.
Nicolas is co-founder of WATT Factory, an accelerator hub for entrepreneurs focused on smart cities – and an investor in biotech startup, TakeAirLabs.
He’s Co-Chair of the European Residential Council of the Urban Land Institute and on the Executive Committee for the Belgian chapter. He’s on the advisory board for PropTechLab Belgium and KICK – and is an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Vlerick Entrepreneurship Academy.
