Professor Oli Mihalache’s research focuses on two key areas: the intersection between international entrepreneurship and digitalisation – and enterprise families. He focuses on understanding how companies transform – and how entrepreneurs compete – in an increasingly global and digital world. His research findings have been published in esteemed academic journals.
Oli’s academic experience includes working in Canada and the Netherlands. Before this, he worked in financial services in Toronto, specialising in global banking compliance.
At Vlerick, Oli’s teaching covers international entrepreneurship and family enterprises.
