As Managing Director and owner of EKOPAK, Pieter inspires other entrepreneurs with his sustainable business model.
Pieter Loose started his career in the Brazilian rainforest – where he worked with friends to build a sustainable local economy. He went on to work at Herten Services, now part of the Altrad Group, where he started as a project manager and eventually moved into the role of technical director. Then he took over ownership of EKOPAK, becoming CEO of a growing – and now publicly-listed – company.
Pieter is currently working on Water as a Service at EKOPAK. He is also an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Vlerick Entrepreneurship Academy.
