Pieterjan Bouten
Entrepreneur in Residence
Pieterjan Bouten began his career at Netlog and Accenture. In 2010, he co-founded his first company, the product design studio In the Pocket, where he currently acts as Chairman of the Board.
In 2011, he partnered with Louis Jonckheere and Peter Minne to co-found Showpad, a revenue enablement platform for commercial teams. He led Showpad as its CEO for over 10 years, growing the company to about $100M in revenue, with 500 employees globally. In early 2022, he passed on the baton as CEO, but he remains active within the company as a member of the Board of Directors.
Early 2024, Pieterjan founded Entourage, a combination of a Venture Studio and a VC fund, in which he’s a General Partner. And he’s an Entrepreneur in Residence at the Vlerick Entrepreneurship Academy.
