Robert Boute’s research focuses on digital operations, supply chain management and re-shoring manufacturing. His recent work includes the use of AI in inventory control and predictive analytics for maintenance optimisation. He was named one of the 40 best professors under 40 by Poets & Quants in 2016 – and was laureate of the 2017 Franz Edelman Award for Achievement in Operations Research and Management Sciences.
Robert teaches on our MBA, executive and customised programmes. He received the best paper award for his research on supply chain coordination and has won several best teacher awards.
