Valérie Legrand is a researcher at Vlerick. She focuses on people management – specifically talent management – as well as strategic human resources management (HRM) and employee motivation.
She’s currently working on a European Social Fund (ESF) project – Human capital as key success factor for digital transformation – that gives office workers support to boost their digital skills.
She also coordinates the Centre for Excellence in Strategic Talent Management, a knowledge-driven network of HR professionals and talent managers. In addition, Valérie is responsible for coordinating the My VDP (My Vlerick Development Portfolio) course for full-time MBA and Masters students. And she coaches on several courses.
