Take charge of your career: why career self-management matters more than ever

Clarity starts with three questions and use these to guide your next move:
- Who am I? (Know your strengths and areas to grow)
- What do I want? (Understand what motivates you)
- Where can I find the response? (Look for the right fit)
7. It’s a two-way street
